So it came as a surprise to see the reality star dressed for comfort on Tuesday.

Leaving an upmarket Beverly Hills salon after a four-hour pamper session, the new mother gave fans a brief look at her dressed downself.

For once Kim wore flat shoes, a rare treat for her hard-working feet, which she squeezed into towering heels throughout her recent pregnancy.  

Although perfectly made up, there was no denying that the 35-year-old looked a little tired as she walked to her car.
